When you book and pay for your online monthly membership your payment is handled by the secure online banking system STRIPE  (WIX). All payment data processed is encrypted. Prominence Pilates Studios Online Ltd does not store payment information digitally or in paper form.

Prominence Pilates Studios Online Ltd personnel use your data only for essential communication about your bookings, purchases, reminders and class changes..

 

We retain a record of your online visits and activities as well as relevant health and fitness information relating to the services we provide. This data is collected to give you the best service possible and in order to tailor our products to customer needs more accurately in the future.

 

We use email and SMS (text) as the primary form of communication with you. We also periodically send general email newsletters using MAILCHIMP about products and services we offer to both existing and previous customers, or those who have directly enquired about our services or visited for taster or other studio events. You have the right to opt out of these at any time.

Our staff are trained to protect your digital and paper data using our secure systems (WIX and Mailchimp) and through due diligence with paper filing systems held under lock and key.

We do not pass on or sell this information to any third parties.
